Adrien Mabire
Born into a musical family in Caen, Adrien Mabire studied trumpet with Stéphane Bellenger.
His interest in early music and his encounter with Hervé Andéol became an impulse for him to explore early wind instruments, which he then studied with Serge Delmas (cornett), Jean-François Madeuf (natural trumpet) and Elsa Frank (recorder).
Over the years, he has taken part in projects with ensembles such as Artaserse (Philippe Jaroussky), Le Poème Harmonique (Vincent Dumestre), The Monteverdi Choir and Orchestra (John Eliot Gardiner), Oltremontano (Wim Becu), Le Concert Spirituel (Hervé Niquet), Ricercar Consort (Philippe Pierlot), L’Orchestre des Champs Elysées or Anima Eterna (Jos van Immersel).
In addition to his artistic activities, he teaches cornett and baroque trumpet at various international academies and institutions.
